About this product

LMNT Recharge Electrolytes- Citrus Salt

A full month of zero-sugar electrolyte replenishment delivering 1000 mg sodium, 200 mg potassium, and 60 mg magnesium per sachet in a crisp lemon and lime flavour that works equally well in still water, sparkling water, or rimmed on a glass as a sugar-free margarita salt. The electrolyte ratio your body actually loses through sweat, not the ratio that sports drink marketing invented to sell sugar water.

You drink water constantly and still feel flat. The mid-afternoon slump that caffeine only temporarily fixes. The muscle cramps that appear during or after training. The headache that starts around 3pm and never has an obvious cause. The brain fog that settles over your thinking like a film you cannot wipe away. You blame dehydration and drink more water, which makes you urinate more frequently without resolving the symptoms, because the problem was never water volume. It was mineral content. Water without electrolytes moves through your body without being retained at the cellular level. You are flushing fluid through your system rather than hydrating the cells that need it.

Conventional sports drinks addressed this problem decades ago and then buried the solution under 30 grams of sugar, artificial colours, and a mineral content so low it barely registers physiologically. The industry built a billion-pound category on the idea that hydration requires sugar, when the evidence shows the opposite. Sugar triggers insulin, insulin signals your kidneys to excrete sodium, and the drink that was supposed to replenish your electrolytes accelerates the loss of the mineral you need most.

Zero-sugar alternatives swapped the glucose for sucralose and kept the same inadequate electrolyte profile. You moved away from sugar but stayed in the same mineral deficit.

LMNT was built by Robb Wolf on the principle that electrolyte science has been backwards for decades. Each Citrus Salt sachet delivers 1000 mg of sodium from sodium chloride, the primary mineral your body loses through sweat and the one most directly responsible for fluid retention, blood volume, nerve impulse transmission, and the osmotic gradient that determines whether water enters your cells or passes through to your bladder. 200 mg potassium from potassium chloride supports muscle contraction, cardiac rhythm, and cellular membrane potential. 60 mg magnesium from magnesium malate, a highly bioavailable chelated form, contributes to normal muscle function, normal psychological function, electrolyte balance, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Zero sugar. Zero artificial sweeteners. Zero artificial colours or flavours. Sweetened with stevia leaf extract. The citrus salt flavour is bright, clean, and genuinely thirst-quenching, with a lemon-lime profile that transforms flat water into something you actively want to drink and makes sparkling water taste like a cocktail.

Confirmed ketogenic-friendly through glucose monitor community testing. 30 individually wrapped sachets, one per day, one month supply.

What it does

Benefits

  1. 01

1000 mg sodium per sachet replaces the primary electrolyte lost through sweat. Sodium is the mineral most directly responsible for extracellular fluid volume, blood pressure maintenance, nerve impulse conduction, and the osmotic gradient that pulls water into and retains it within your cells

  2. 02

200 mg potassium works in concert with sodium to maintain the electrochemical gradient across every cell membrane in your body, supporting normal muscle contraction, cardiac function, and nervous system signalling

  3. 03

60 mg magnesium as magnesium malate is a chelated form with high bioavailability and excellent gastrointestinal tolerance. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, normal psychological function, electrolyte balance, normal energy-yielding metabolism, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue

  4. 04

Zero sugar eliminates the insulin response that triggers renal sodium excretion, the blood glucose spike and crash that undermines sustained energy, and the caloric load that has no place in a hydration product

  5. 05

Stevia leaf extract provides clean sweetness without glycaemic impact, caloric contribution, or the metallic aftertaste of lower-quality natural sweetener formulations

How to use

Mix one sachet with 500 ml of water, still or sparkling. Adjust water volume to taste: more water for lighter flavour, less for a stronger citrus hit. First thing in the morning is ideal to replenish overnight sodium and fluid losses. Before, during, or after training to replace exercise-induced electrolyte depletion. During fasting windows to maintain mineral balance without breaking the fast. In the afternoon when energy and focus dip. Try with sparkling water and a lime wedge for a zero-sugar citrus mocktail. One to two sachets daily for most active individuals. Those training intensely, sweating heavily, or following strict low-carb protocols may benefit from two to three sachets daily. Consult your doctor if you have hypertension or kidney disease before supplementing with high-sodium products. Store in a cool, dry place.
