Order once you have identified your correct size through the Oura Sizing Kit. Charge on the included dock, download the Oura app on iOS or Android, and pair the ring. Wear on your preferred finger. Most users wear on the index or middle finger of the non dominant hand. The ring learns your baseline over the first 14 days and improves in accuracy from then on. Charge for 20 to 80 minutes every 4 to 8 days. Requires Oura membership for full insights, Advisor access, and trend analysis. Membership is separate from the ring purchase.
