How to use
Take both sachets daily, ideally in the morning with a meal. Daily Ultimate Essentials: scoop or pour one sachet into 250 to 350 ml of cold water, juice, or a smoothie. Shake or blend well. Daily Ultimate Longevity: empty one sachet into 250 to 300 ml of cold water, juice, or your preferred beverage. Mix and drink.
