Get the most from it
How to use
Wear on your wrist or bicep (bicep band sold separately) 24 hours a day for continuous data collection. Charge using the included wireless PowerPack, which slides over the sensor so you never need to remove the band. Open the WHOOP app each morning to review your recovery score, strain recommendation and sleep performance. Use the daily coaching to decide training intensity, recovery priorities and sleep targets. For best results, wear consistently for at least 30 days to establish your personal baseline. Pair with our blood panels to correlate subjective recovery data with objective biomarkers like cortisol, testosterone, HbA1c and inflammatory markers. Compatible with iOS and Android.
